KLCC

Me and my family went to KLCC yesterday. We planned to see some flowers in a fair in Putrajaya, but then we realized that the weather wouldn't allow it.

KLCC Park, where Musical Fountain takes place
I used to come here during my younger days. Me and my friends would meet up and decide where to go from here.

But ugh, the parking rate! (again). When I came here, I used train. It didn't hurt as much as coming here by car. Maybe there's another parking lot somewhere?

We didn't spend so much time in the park. The sky was getting very cloudy, and we could hardly snap any good pictures.

Perhaps we could come again another time when the weather allows it. We just went inside Suria KLCC, waiting for night time.

Suria KLCC is a shopping mall. Everything seems costly here, so you might want to shop elsewhere unless you're a rich foreign tourist.

It has wide open spaces to hold many people. We were with a pram, Alisha was sleeping in it. So we were forced to avoid the crowd by using elevators.

It's a nice place for us who enjoy window-shopping. Many products of popular brands can be found here.

We took one quick round and then we decided where to go for dinner. Nando's!

I was working in Nando's once, but I didn't really remember how yummy the chicken was. I was missing Peri Corn but it was finished. Maybe another time.

Dani was obviously missing the pesto burger and the Extra Hot Peri-peri sauce. Hmm.. he was even thinking of buying a bottle to bring home or not.

I decided to use Night Scene mode to snap the pictures outside. We realized we don't have a tripod (yet), so we better just make everything quick and manually take pictures at night when we have a tripod.

We came out right on time. It was 8PM and the Musical Fountain was on.

It's such a shame that when my in-laws came from Italy, they didn't get to see this because it was on maintenance.

Basically the fountain works following the music playing on the background. Alisha was clapping all the time as she has never seen something like this. However, we didn't stick around for very long to see what time it ends.

There is one painting I made with this view.
Ta-daaa!
