The Toddler vs Bubbles

Hmm.. malasnye nak update blog.. ehem.

But, I must update! Or else people might think I've disappeared.. again.

Yesterday, me and Dani took Alisha for bubble time outside just in the kids' playground.

The weather wasn't so great. It has been raining the whole week and the sky was turning dark even at only 3PM. But poor Alisha has been begging to play outside, so this time we let her.

She loves her bubble blower. But too bad she doesn't know how to use it. This is when Papa comes at her service.

We rarely have time to spend playing outdoors. Usually, only me taking her out. But this time she has her Papa with her.

I brought only the kit lens. We stayed at the playground very close to home in case it'd rain. We were ready to run back home if the dark clouds were coming.

My finger was always on AEL, making sure I was using the lowest f-number for largest aperture (even though sometimes I failed).

But then suddenly the clouds were drifting away. The darker ones were already on the other side. We were saved!

However, we were running out of soapy water to make more bubbles. And Alisha was already sweaty all over.

So we decided to head home. She fell asleep straight away after having so much fun outside. And why am I awake at this hour to write this? YES! Because I stayed up to paint.
